Cancellation Policy 

At Baroque Salon, we value both our clients and our stylists’ time. To ensure we can accommodate all appointments, we kindly ask that you provide sufficient notice if you need to change or cancel your booking.

We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee.

Clients who fail to attend their appointment without notice may be charged a no-show fee or may be required to pay a deposit when booking future appointments.

For larger services such as colour transformations, balayage, or extension appointments, a deposit may be required to secure your booking. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred if adequate notice is provided.
